South Putnam Community Members,
We are off to a great start to the 2023-2024 school year. We are excited to announce that we will now have a School Resource Officer (SRO) in our corporation. Deputy Driver will be in our buildings helping maintain a safe learning environment for all of our students.
Another change we have made to increase safety in our buildings is to utilize the Standard Response Protocol. The Standard Response Protocol is a nationally recognized school safety program that creates a uniform response to emergency situations. This creates clarity and consistency so that students and staff know the correct actions to take during an emergency.
