Any request for a student to ride a South Putnam School Corporation school bus from and/or to any location other than their home address must complete a new form for the current school year.  Please note that a school bus cannot detour off its regular route to accommodate a request, cannot stop if the address is in a location deemed unsafe, or if the address is out of the school district.
